Contact our patient care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging and securely place it in a shipping box with your original packing slip included.
Ship to Clinic
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our dermatology center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our clinical team inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
